Jackie Davis provides mental health counseling to adults in-person and virtually throughout California. She works with individuals working on concerns around depression, anxiety, major stress and transitions, relationships, trauma, and substance use. Jackie has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, residential for youth, substance use for adults, an active military base, and since 2023, her own private practice. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and utilizes skills and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-based, and Solution-focused. She works to create a safe space for clients to express their needs and strengths, while offering additional perspectives and skills to help manage concerns identified. Jackie works with all adults and does have additional training and certification to work with first responders, military, and their family members (Certified First Responder Counselor training).
